Swiss Side recently spent a day in the wind tunnel with newly signed pro-triathlete Julia Gajer. The entire team’s goal was clear – harvest watts! Once again, the aerodynamics team delivered, finding solid gains in reducing drag, to save Julia time and energy out on the bike.
A wide range of testing was done, including optimisation on the bike itself with evaluation of wheel setups, drinks & food storage, as well as extensive analysis of various position setups on the bike, in addition to race suits and helmets.
At the end of the day, Swiss Side’s engineers were able to confirm one of lowest ever drag levels they have ever measured in the wind tunnel.
